AboutHi, I'm Rafa.

I'm a Brazilian designer based in Perth, with five years of agency experience across motion design, digital production and team leadership. I started in motion at PXP Production (Publicis Groupe), then moved to Vati Group, where I became Team Lead of a production team delivering 300+ films a week for Stellantis, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz and Heineken.

Today I coordinate operations and digital work at Perth Glow Furniture Hire, and I design and build websites and web platforms on the side, from booking sites for villas in Bali to an order-management system for a bakery. I use AI throughout, from production to automation, to speed up the repetitive parts.

I'm organised, I like understanding the root of a problem and the logic behind a system, and I enjoy structuring processes and working with data and numbers. That's what pulled me from motion into web development and AI tools.
